Punto De Oro | Restaurant and Lounge Bar - Exceptional Venetian Dining with Fresh Seafood and Warm Hospitality

Wonderfull place. A nice dine to have, whether it’s after-sport lunch (the place is ruled by paddle court nearby) or just an occasional walk in. Really. Food, is simply… Great. Honestly - even beyond that. The stuff - is very, very friendly. They offered us a whole bunch of complimentary dishes (to be precise: caramelized onion and cabbage appetizers for all 5 of us; “chef’s appetizers”; variety of freshly baked cookies for my little brother and sister; and a self made Grappa). I mean… Guys were not just friendly. They were ULTRA gracious. Plus - they are working at times, when other restaurants, seem to have some kind of “siesta”, up until 19:00. I am rarely happen to be THIS amazed by service. Maybe - it’s just some kind of Italian hostility, that I’m not use to, but… I truly think, that this is not only about that. Thank you guys, you are amazing.

Apparently it was a pre-opening since they will open tomorrow, but still we got a very warm welcome to eat what they had to offer. Such good food and they are wonderful. We always like an open kitchen, which they have and it was really great to see how they work together so nicely. The price and quality are perfect! We wish you all the best and luck, but it will be amazing. O btw we got from Camping Venezia walking to the restaurant and not everything had a side walk, but be a bit adventurous (it is really not that dangerous) and you will get there. It is worth it!!

The food here was really good. Really nice venue with loads of light and a nice big open kitchen. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will definitely come back next time I am in town! Well done guys!

Amazing food and extremely friendly service. I would highly recommend. The menu is different from the classic pizzeria and it’s 10/10 I had the Poke with prawns and it was one of the best I have had!

Phenomenal food and service!!! A must try while this place is still a hidden gem, as this new restaurant is sure to quickly rise to the top. During our stay in Venice, it was our favorite meal and by far the best service we experienced. The flavors were bold and fresh. The seafood was the freshest we’ve had, and it was clear the dishes were made with top-quality ingredients. We knew we were in for a treat when the breadbasket with house-made breads arrived…. I enjoyed a perfectly seared tuna (a special menu item), while my husband had meatballs with a rich tomato sauce paired with fresh focaccia. Of course we stayed for espresso and dessert as well, enjoying their tiramisu. I give Punto De Oro my highest recommendation and can’t wait to return on our next trip!

Great food and the best service we have had in the 2 weeks we stayed in Italy! We arrived at the restaurant before the kitchen was open. However, when we explained that we had a flight to catch and so was short of time, they went above and beyond to cook our food early. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks guys!

Great find tucked away in the padel club. Location is close to the airport (~10 min) so highly recommend for a good meal pre/post flight. Very reasonably priced too.

Food is absolutely divine. Didn’t sample the traditional Italian fayre but the steak and the tuna were some of the best dishes I have had. Simple but refined with work class presentation.
